Our first conference was a great success..over 100 participants attended and made this event special. We hope to do this again in 2010.

Its a new year and AFTH has a lot going on!
- We are holding our first conference in March 2008 - Strengthening Bonds, Adoptive Families and the Community.
- We continue to raise money to help orphans overseas - we recently donated over $17,000 to help children in China. Every year we help Birth parents in financial need over the holidays and we have been raising money to help two US families with their very special children.
- Our Russia program is back up and running .
- Our African-American and African-American Mixed race domestic adoption programs are in need of families!
- Our Winter Newsletter is now online!
- Our Annual picnic dates are available now so mark your calendars!
- Our 12th Annual Asian New Year Party was a success...the date for next years party has been posted.
- We are considering holding a multi-cultural festival in October 2009 - stay tuned for details.
