We are Scott and Stacae. We are so glad that you are interested in knowing a little more about us. We know this is a difficult decision and we commend you for your thoughtful choice in making an adoption plan for your child. We met in February of 2007 on an airplane flying from Hawaii to the mainland. After we reconnected, we spent hours and hours on the phone. We made several visits to see each other and were engaged within four months. We married in February 2008. We enjoy trying new things and just being together. We like going to the beach, boating, hosting gatherings at our home, playing board games, the theater, going out to dinner, movies, grilling outside and travel. We are looking forward to planning family friendly vacations in the future. Our work schedules are somewhat adaptable. Stacae works as an ultrasonographer four days a week. Scott is a fulltime firefighter two days a week and has part time job with a flexible schedule. We will be able to provide a very loving, nurturing environment for a child. Being a mother is what Stacae has wanted for a very long time. She loves being around children and listening to their observations about their surroundings. Scott loves getting into the middle of the fun. He has a lot of energy and will be a wonderful father. Since we are not afraid to be silly around each other, we can offer the child a fun and relaxed atmosphere in which to grow.
