Ukraine Adoption

Adoptions From The Heart established its Ukraine program in 2000. The adoption process in Ukraine was reorganized in the summer of 2006 to make things more efficient and to encourage permanency planning for the children in Ukraine. 

This program is open and currently accepting new applications.
