Kazakhstan Adoption

Adoptions From The Heart opened its Kazakhstan program in 2002. This program is growing in popularity and was ranked as the number 6th country that U.S. families are adopting from.  Currently, Adoptions From The Heart works with orphanages in the Kostenai and Astana regions of Kazakhstan. 

This program is currently open and accepting new applications.
