Will the Intended Parents be able to select an Egg Donor or Sperm donor before hand?

Yes the clinic will make the profiles of the Egg & Sperm Donors available to the IP’s. But please note that as this is an anonymous donation program. Thus neither egg or Sperm donors will be allowed to meet with the intended parents.

How does the clinic in India ensure the integrity of this medical procedure?

DNA test will confirm parentage.

How many Embryos are implanted by the clinic?

Up to four embryos are implanted at a time, but usually no more than two. This is what is recommended by the physicians and has a better rate of implantation.

When are the contracts signed and under which laws?

All the Contracts are drafted by the attorney's and sent to you. Contracts are subject to Indian jurisdiction.

What is a typical profile of women wanting to become a surrogate mother in India?

Surrogate candidates have a biological child of their own and are between 25-35 years of age. Surrogate candidates have to clear basic pathological and certain baseline medical investigations, including a psychological assessment.

How often can we keep contact with the surrogate during her pregnancy?

The Clinic would make arrangements for this.
