Heartbeats: Embryo Placement Program

Heartbeats: Embryo placement program helps match families with embryos stored in cryopreservation, (donor families) with families who are seeking an embryo placement (recipient families) as a way of creating a family and being able to experiencing childbirth.

This process is often referred to as Embryo Adoption, although the legal process of adoption does not apply to these cases. Embryo Placements are currently governed by contract law and all federal, state and local laws may apply. In addition, regulations by the US Food and Drug Administration related to human tissue donation are applicable.
